About Us

Hi, I’m Beth. I’ve worn a lot of hats in my life—medical lab coat, café apron, food truck/mobile coffeehouse owner/operator—but the one that fits best is the one that connects me to people.

For 25 years, I’ve worked as a Medical Lab Technician, helping people behind the scenes. In the food service industry, I’ve spent 20 years moving from server to manager, and 5 of those years running a café. Then came a dream—a mobile food truck I created from the ground up. I poured my energy into every recipe, every conversation, every smile served with a meal. Five years later, I sold it, burned out but grateful for all the connections it brought into my life.

One thing has never changed: I love making people feel good, even if just for a moment. I believe every single day is full of little sparks of encouragement, kindness, and inspiration—you just have to notice them. It’s these positive moments throughout my day that have always kept me moving forward.

That belief became PositiveSnapshots. Now, instead of serving food or coffee, I serve moments—turning uplifting ideas into wearable designs that spread a smile, start a conversation, or remind someone they’re not alone.

I’m a proud mom of three, a grandma of two, and part of a family full of small business owners. I love the outdoors, treasure my friendships, and try to squeeze in joy between workdays (though I’m guilty of working a little too much). PositiveSnapshots is more than a business—it’s my way of sharing those brief, beautiful moments that make life worth living.

Thank you for your support!

Beth
